Punch pitchers are designed to swivel on stands so that every drop of
liquid can be poured into matching cups.
This form is an example of the one-of-a-kind
piece that is also totally functional.
The top pitcher swivels on
a wooden stand.
The second pitcher swings
on deer horns mounted on a block of wood.

Amphora are
special vessels used over the centuries in Europe. They were
historically used to store wine, olive oil and even grain. They
were especially useful when placed into swinging racks on board ships.
Typically, the amphora was sealed with corks slathered with tar or
resin; therefore, the contents frequently had a hint of that pine tar or
resin flavor. |

This is a
medium size bowl with multiple flower images inside. It includes a

The Yunnan Steamer is an
ancient oriental form. I enjoy steaming seafood
with vegetables. The vegetable/meat broth formed
during steaming stays in the steamer. It is very tasty
and of course very healthy. |
